DEPOSIT

A deposit is required to book and confirm your appointment. The deposit will go towards the total cost of the service or for your next booking fill appointment.

* All deposits and services are non-refundable.

​CANCELATION + NO SHOW

Booking fee is non-refundable. A 48 hour notice is required for cancelation and/or rescheduling of an appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled, the booking fee will be credited to the rescheduled date. If an appointment is no show and you want to book again, a full payment is required and it will be non-refundable.

​ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time with clean lashes and brows, no eye makeup, no strip lash glue and mascara. It will be additional cost for lash bath. If you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

2- 3 WEEKS FILL

Must have at least 50% lash left to be considered a fill. Anything more than 3 weeks or less than 40% lash left after removing grown out lashes it will be considered a new set or additional cost.

FOREIGN FILL / FILL

If you have eyelashes extension on from another lash artist, there may be possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed for a new set. My priority is your natural lash health and eye safety and it will be discussed during your lash appointment. Must have at least 50% lash left to be considered a fill.

• Avoid Caffeine or Alcohol 5 hours prior to your appointment. Caffeine will make your eyes twitch which makes it difficult to work with.

• No makeup around your eye

• Come with clean lashes. Dirty lashes will not stick and it will cause poor retention. If lashes are not clean, an additional cost will be charge for cleaning service.

• Do not get lashes wet, no sauna, bed tanning or steam for the first 2 or 24 hours.

• Only use oil free products on the lashes and face.

• Do not use mascara on the eyelash extension.

• Use lash cleanser to gently cleanse your lashes with a soft brush to remove build up, oil, makeup and debris.

• Avoid using cotton pads or swabs around the eye.

• Brush daily when lashes are dry.

• Avoid rubbing, pulling the lashes and never use an eyelash curler.

• Do not lift, tint or use an eyelash curler.

• Keep lashes away from direct heat such as oven, heater, blow dryer or BBQ.

• Avoid sleeping on your face.

• Use satin or silk pillowcase.

• Get lashes fill every 2-3 weeks.

Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent synthetic fibers. It's applied by using a special adhesive to attach individual synthetic eyelashes onto one natural lash away from the lash line.

Lashes extensions will enhance your eye shape by creating a lengthier, fluffier and fuller look.

Classic lashes are individual lashes that are applied one at a time and provide a natural, subtle look. without too much drama.

Volume lashes is an advance technique. They are fans of multiple lashes that are applied and wrapped around to one natural lash for a more dramatic and fuller look.

Lash extension are semi-permanent and about 1 and 6 lashes will shed with your natural eyelashes, per eye, everyday. You may experience less or more daily shedding depending of your shed cycle and home care of your lashes.

The best time to return for lash fill is between 2-3 weeks depending of your lash growth. Overgrown lashes will be removed and lashes are applied to the areas that have shed. Must have 60%-50% to be considered a fill after removing the grown out lashes.

If you have less than 40%, they will be removed for a new set.

NO! Extensions should not cause any damage to natural eyelashes if applied correctly by certified and trained technician, who uses high quality product and good isolation.

Lashes can be damaged when is not properly applied by not selecting the correct type of extension based on the conditions of the natural lash. If lashes are applied too heavy for the natural lash will ultimately end in premature shedding and if multiple of lash are glued together from poor isolation will damage your natural lashes.

However, it is important to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your technician to ensure that your natural lashes stay healthy.
